An rare and exciting position has become available for a junior PI/Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading regional Legal 500 practice in Surrey. This role provides the opportunity to work as part of the firm's specialist Claimant personal injury claim team to deliver an excellent client service, predominantly but not exclusively to clients with an acquired brain injury. You will also be expected to ensure individual financial targets and objectives our met in line with this busy PI departments business plan.
If you are a driven Solicitor who is keen to specialise in PI/Clinical Negligence law this will be an excellent opportunity for you. As the successful candidate you will demonstrate a thorough training on the CPR and pre action protocols as they relate to personal injury claims and you must have an understanding of the Rehabilitation Code. Skills required will include team work, initiative, great communication and self-management, flexibility, a 'can do' attitude, an enthusiasm to learn new things and the ability to be an impressive ambassador for the Department and firm.
