JOB TITLE:                                    Personal Injury Paralegal

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:      LPC graduate  

LOCATION:                                    Lancashire (commutable from Blackburn, Bradford, Huddersfield, Manchester and Preston)

SALARY:                                           Competitive

THE ROLE:

As a personal injury paralegal, you will be joining a small but established team. The team deal with all aspects of personal injury law including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, holiday injuries, injuries caused by professional or medical negligence, sports injuries and serious and fatal injuries. As a paralegal you will be working directly with the named partner, gaining exposure to all of these areas. The role was created with the intention of progressing a promising paralegal onto a solicitor training contract before too long.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking for aspiring personal injury paralegals who have recently completed their LPC. Candidates must be fast learners with the ability to follow instructions well and efficiently. The successful candidates will be apt at communicating with clients in a friendly and effective manner and will be a strong team player who is able to build good rapport with colleagues. Most importantly the appointed personal injury paralegal will have a demonstrable desire to build a successful career for themselves in this exciting and dynamic area of law.
