SALARY: £Dependant on experience
Due to the continued growth within the team, the firm have identified the need for an additional Lawyer to join the growing team. As the appointed Personal Injury Lawyer you will be expected to provide support on a variety of personal injury claims within the corporate claims department. Ideal Personal Injury Lawyers will possess the ability to handle their own caseload of matters and be looking for role which offers a high profile caseload and complex matters. The team deals with all types of personal injury matters including NIHL, EL / PL, asbestos related claims as well as fatal accidents and occupier’s liability.
The firm are keen to hear from Personal Injury Solicitors, Newly Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals with an ideally defendant background within personal injury. Ideal Personal Injury Lawyers will have gained exposure to a wide variety of personal injury matters including EL/ PL cases. You will possess a strong academic background and along with strong technical skills. Suitable Personal Injury Lawyers will have the capability to deal with a heavy / busy caseload and be looking for a progressive and highly rated practice in which you can see your career flourish. As the chosen Personal Injury Solicitor you will be able to develop strong working relationships with both clients and colleague and be able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
