JOB TITLE:                    Personal Injury Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED:         2+ years

LOCATION:                  Manchester

SALARY:                         Dependent on Experience

 

THE ROLE:

This interesting and varied 12 month contract will see you take responsibility for a busy caseload of personal injury matters in a leading national firm.  Working autonomously, you will advise clients in relation to fast-track and multi-track injury claims, particularly focussing on travel litigation matters.  Your meticulous attention to detail will enable you to progress files quickly and efficiently, ensuring the best possible outcome for your clients.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for the role you will demonstrate an excellent knowledge of all aspects of travel litigation matters, including an understanding of Montreal and Athens Conventions, as well as package travel regulations.  You will demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills, allowing you to work closely with clients to maintain the level of service the firm is committed to.  You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with in excess of 2 years practice experience.
