JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Lawyer
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1+ year
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a personal injury lawyer you will be managing your own dynamic caseload consisting predominantly of defendant industrial disease claims but including a few EL and PL claims. The firm’s personal injury team take instruction from both insurers and self insured clients. With support appropriate to you own skills and experience level, you can expect to be working on claims relating to noise induced hearing loss, hand arm vibration syndrome and control of hazardous substances amongst other issues.
The ideal candidate will be either a paralegal or legal executive with at least a years experience in handling a litigated caseload of defendant noise induced hearing loss files. We are however happy to speak to high calibre candidates with comparable experience in litigated claimant work or industrial disease focused pre-litigated work. A demonstrable flair for commercial acumen and business development is a must for all candidates.
