JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Fee Earner
PQE REQUIRED: 1+PQE
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
Our client is seeking to recruit into their fast growing team and are seeking a personal injury fee earner that has good experience of running their own caseload. You will have full autonomy over your own litigated caseload of RTA claims, these are predominatly cases that have fallen out of the portal. This is a perfect role for a personal injury fee earner who is seeking to work on good quality litigated persoanl injury matters. There may also be an element of credit hire matters in the caseload and experience in this area would be an advantage. The firm are keen to offer support and with a close-knit team on hand you will benefit from a corrobative working environment.
As the successful Personal Injury Fee Earner you will have at least a years experience in running your own litigated caseload of personal injury claims with good experience in RTA claims in particular, additional experience within credit hire matters would be advantageous. Candidates must be technically strong and confident in managing their own workload, often with multiple tight deadlines. We expect candidates to be apt at communication and negotiation with a demonstrable desire to really go the extra mile to secure the desired result for clients.
