As a personal injury fee earner you will have full autonomy over you own caseload of pre-litigated, RTA claims. The firm are keen to offer all the support and training that is required and appropriate to your experience level. It is expected that through your work, you will work to maintain and build upon the firm’s impressive reputation. On top of a competitive salary, this role comes with a generous, on target earning commission and bonus structure.



We are looking for personal injury fee earners with at least two years experience in running their own caseload of personal injury claims with good experience in RTA claims in particular. Candidates must be technically strong and confident in managing their own workload, often with multiple tight deadlines. We expect candidates to be apt at communication with a demonstrable desire to secure the desired result for clients.
