JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Fee Earner
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3+ years
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a personal injury fee earner you will have full autonomy over you own caseload of EL/PL claims, both portal and non-portal. You can also expect to be contributing to the firm’s business development work through marketing and building up your own network of relevant referrers. As a senior fee earner, you will also be required to support and assist more junior colleagues when needed. This role comes with a competitive remuneration package as well as a generous on target earning scheme.
We are looking for experienced personal injury fee earners with at least three years experience in running their own caseload of litigated EL/PL claims. Candidates must be technically strong and confident in managing their own workload, often with multiple tight deadlines. We expect candidates to be apt at communication and negotiation and to share our client’s commitment to quality of service and client care.
