As an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner you will play a key role within this busy department. Working alongside equally experienced fee earners you will benefit from the supportive and collegiate working environment. The caseload is predominantly litigated RTA matters that have fallen outside the portal. This is an excellent opportunity for you to work on quality personal injury matters.



As the appointed Personal Injury Fee Earner you will have handled litigated RTA work and have an excellent technical knowledge of this work. Good communication skills and a flair for negotiation as equally important to our client  and you will need to be well versed in handling your own caseload with little supervision, although support and development training are on offer.
