JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Fee Earner
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1+ year
LOCATION: Cheshire (commutable from Chester, Ellesmere Port, Liverpool, Natwich, Northwich, Warrington, Wrexham)
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a personal injury fee earner you will have full autonomy over your own high volume RTA caseload. You will be responsible for seeing claims through from submission onto the MOJ portal to stages 2 and 3. The firm are keen to offer all the support and training that is required and appropriate to your experience level. It is expected that through your work, you will work to maintain and build upon the firm’s impressive reputation.
We are looking for personal injury fee earners who are proficient using the MOJ portal and have good experience in RTA claims in particular. Candidates must be technically strong and confident in managing their own workload, often with multiple tight deadlines. We expect candidates to be apt at communication and negotiation with a demonstrable desire to really go the extra mile to secure the desired result for clients.
