Clinical negligence often involves complex issues of medicine and law and it is essential to ensure the client receives the very best advice.


The firm require a legal professional  who is highly motivated, professional, with excellent academics and sound experience in personal injury law and  some exposure to clinical negligence. Someone who can demonstrate commercial awareness, bolstered by a history of maintaining good client relationships. The ideal Solicitor for this role will be confident and enthusiastic and will provide an energetic commitment to contributing to the success of the team. You will have natural inclinations and preferences for understanding the needs of clients and exceeding their expectations. A track record of  2 - 3 years post qualification experience in personal injury and clinical negligence work is a must. Ambitious and passionate, you will be able to demonstrate great initiative and commercial acumen - a real team player. Ideally you will have a reasonable understanding of the firm’s values and culture and be keen to raise the profile of the team and therefore an existing track record in delivering and developing services and effective financial management would be preferred. A keenness to broaden your range of expertise and skills will also be expected.
