This is an unrivalled opportunity to work for a top-flight practice - the highly rated pensions department is looking to appoint an additional Pensions Solicitor to undertake a varied caseload of pension related matters. The Pensions Solicitor will be gaining exposure to a wide and varied caseload of pension cases including legislative changes, pension scheme mergers, scheme wind ups and changes, investment / TUPE issues and drafting scheme documentation.
Pensions Solicitors with up to around 3 years current PQE in pensions law are sought after for this position. Experience gained from a city or strong regional firm are a must for this role along with a first class academic track record. As the successful Pensions Solicitor you will be dealing with directly with clients and take responsibity for your own caseload as well as being expected to take on an active role in marketing the pensions team and wider firm in general.
