THE ROLE:

Are you looking for a new challenge in your career as a Pensions Solicitors? Fed up with the lack of focus and progression in your current firm?  Stop sitting around and do something about it! My client is an international law firm and they have a requirement for a Pensions Solicitor to assist the nationally recognised team. Led by a number of renowned individuals within Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, the department advise a high profile client base on all aspects of pension law. The role of Pensions Solicitor will be varied and will include dealing with a mix of both contentious and non contentious related pension matters on behalf of clients both within the public and private sector.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from Pension Solicitors with experience in dealing with the full spectrum of pension law gained within a high quality pension's team. Covering the broad range of pension matters you will be joining a team of well established individuals who are keen to continue on their recent successes. As the appointed Pension Solicitor you will be expected to advise on pension schemes, buy-ins, buyouts and also scheme merges and wind-ups.  Ideal Pension Solicitors will have a proven track record of dealing with non-contentious and contentious pension related matters. This position would suit Newly Qualified who have a real interest in this area of law.
