This very capable, full-service real estate practice is among the best in the business and works with almost all of the UK’s major lenders plus market recognised retail clients. Offering expertise in all aspects of real estate – from site purchases, planning and retail estate management work, to regeneration and environmental issues, the team forms strong, long-term relationships with its clients and is often viewed as an in-house team member. The ability to blend commerciality with pragmatism are qualities the team prides itself on.
The role will involve some or all of the following depending on experience and could be structured so as to be a purely residential role. Preparing, monitoring and updating progress schedules for transactions and assisting with the setting up and administration of data rooms. Preparing and/or managing post completion aspects including Land Registry applications and client bibles. Assisting the fee earners with all aspects of real estate transactions. Supporting the Legal Director in the newly formed residential conveyancing sub-team including assisting on residential sales and purchases as well as plot sales on small to medium sized residential developments. Your skills & experience will include dealing with real estate matters, particularly residential conveyancing, which is preferable but not essential. To be organised and capable of managing a case load of work.
