JOB TITLE:                   NQ Property Litigation Solicitor

This is a great opportunity for a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join a supportive team and receive fantastic on-going training. You will be responsible for providing a high quality legal service to clients on all aspects of property litigation including, disputes arising out of residential and commercial leases, disputes arising out of the buying and selling of land and disputes arising out of encumbrances affecting land.



With a minimum of 6 months experience in this area of legal work (or within general commercial litigation with an interest in property disputes), you will be able to demonstrate an awareness of relevant legislation and experience of and the ability to provide advice or consideration to relevant property litigation issues. You will have a demonstrable commitment to building and developing a career in property litigation, evidenced by legal experience in this area of law, coupled with broad commercial experience, CPD and an awareness of the commercial issues in property litigation in the wider market place. You will also be keen to develop your involvement with business development activity and be enthusiastic to take early responsibility with clients.
