JOB TITLE: NQ+ Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+ PQE
As the appointed property litigation solicitor you will have exposure to the highest quality litigation work. Acting on behalf of large corporates, institutional landlords and pension funds you will be handling a mixed caseload of work including ground rent and service charge recovery, breach of covenant and forfeiture claims as well as complex and miscellaneous litigation matters. You will play a key role within business development and will be expected to forge your own core client relationships.
As a newly qualified solicitor you will have gained strong experience within litigation during your training contract and ideally will have a solid understanding of the litigation procedure. Ideally you will have had some exposure to property liigation matters but commercial or civil litigation experience will also be considered. You will have a strong focus on client care, be an effective and articulate communicator and be confident in dealing with clients. You will be working in a fast paced working environment and will be expected to work independently, although excellent resource and training will be offered to enable you to develop your expertise and knowledge further.
