JOB TITLE: NQ Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ
As an NQ property litigation solicitor you will be joining one the country’s leading team’s in this field. You can expect to be working on behalf of a broad range of clients including household name retailers, landlords, developers, local authorities and public sector bodies. On a day to day basis you will be working on dilapidations, break notices, land registration disputes, possession claims, rent recovery, service charge issues, restrictive covenants and property related insolvency matters.
We are looking for talented and ambitious NQ property litigation solicitors. Candidates must have undertaken at least one training contract seat in property litigation. The successful candidate will be hard working and reliable with the ability to successfully manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision from partners. Candidates must have excellent commercial and negotiation skills and a clear aptitude for developing fruitful working relationships with clients as well as their fellow team members.
