JOB TITLE: NQ Employment Solicitor

The thriving employment department of this leading law firm is looking to appoint an additional Employment Solicitor to deal with a mixed caseload of contentious and non contentious employment related matters. Joining a team which boasts a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of employment law, the appointed Employment Solicitor will be working alongside some of the most knowledgeable Employment Solicitors in the country, advising major plcs, institutions and public sector clients on a wide range of employment law. The newly appointed Employment Solicitor will be handling their own caseload of files, dealing directly with the client from day one, as well as working on larger client teams on complex matters and corporate support.
In order to be considered for the role of Employment Solicitor you must be a Newly Qualified Solicitor having completed at least one seat in employment law within a top 100 law firm and have a 1st class academic track record. Suitable Employment Solicitors will have experience of advising a diverse client base on high quality employment matters including redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination, settlement agreements and compromise agreements.
