SALARY:                        £Dependant on experience

 

THE ROLE:

With an excellent reputation for providing advice across all aspects of commercial litigation, the thriving disputes team have identified the need for a NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their ranks and advise on the broad remit of commercial litigation matters. The team requires a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who can advise on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency and professional negligence. Boosting specialists who have experience in a variety of litigation matters, the firm are looking to for someone who can come in and ideally hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters and provide support to the partners and other solicitors within the team.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Ambitious NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within commercial litigation. The role will be varied and will provide the appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor the opportunity to deal with a high quality caseload of commercial litigation matters including shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and other matters associated with commercial litigation. As the chosen Commercial Litigation Solicitor you will be able to develop strong working relationships with both clients and colleague and be seeking the next step up in your career. You will have the willingness to get stuck with a busy caseload as well as undertake business development and networking activities as and when required.
