JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-5 years
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a litigation solicitor you will be managing your own varied caseload of litigation and employment work, representing clients at hearings and tribunals where relevant. You can expect to be carrying out general commercial litigation work, including commercial property litigation, alongside civil litigation work such as contentious probate, TOLATA claims and residential possession issues. You will also be undertaking a range of employment dispute work. Outside of the management of your own caseload you will be undertaking business development work for the litigation team.
We are looking for a strong, well rounded litigation solicitor ideally within their first five years after qualification. The successful candidate will be motivated and ambitious with the ability to cope with multiple tight deadlines calmly and efficiently. Impeccable communication and negotiation skills are a must as is a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen and a real desire to contribute to the ongoing success of the litigation department.
