JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3-5 years
As a litigation solicitor you will be managing your own varied caseload of litigation and employment work, representing clients at hearings and tribunals where relevant. You can expect to be carrying out general commercial litigation work, including commercial property litigation, alongside civil litigation work such as contentious probate, TOLATA claims and residential possession issues. You will also be undertaking a range of employment dispute work, alongside some non-contentious employment advisory work. Outside of the management of your own caseload you will be supporting other members of the litigation and employment team as required and undertaking business development work.
We are looking for a strong, well rounded litigation solicitor with around 3 to 5 years PQE. Experience in contentious or non-contentious employment law is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be motivated and ambitious with the ability to cope with multiple tight deadlines calmly and efficiently. Impeccable communication and negotiation skills are a must as is a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen and a real desire to contribute to the ongoing success of the litigation and employment department.
