This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join a team handling a mix of commercial and civil litigation. The work in the team is diverse. As specialists in all aspects of commercial litigation ranging from general contractual, commercial and agency disputes to professional negligence cases and contentious probate disputes, the team handles complex disputes. Beyond your caseload, you can expect to get involved in a range of business development activities and play a full part as a member of a supportive team.
The team is looking for someone with a passion for contentious work, initiative, pragmatism, common sense and excellent client skills, who is looking to develop their career and reputation within commercial and private client litigation. You will ideally have 0-3 years’ PQE with experience in litigation. This role is intellectually demanding, so they will be looking for a strong level of academic achievement as well as strong practical skills and commercial awareness. You will be able to translate complex and technical information and problems into clear and simple advice and actions. You will need to have an enthusiasm and aptitude for business development to assist the growth in the team.
