This exciting opportunity will suit an ambitious and driven Litigation Solicitor with contentious probate experience and who is looking for that next step in their career. The firm has seen exceptional growth in its private client department and is now looking for an additional Solicitor to carry on their growth specialising in contentious probate maters. Reporting to the supervising Partner, the successful Contentious Probate Solicitor should be experienced in litigation with a focus on will disputes, estate disputes, trust disputes, and Court of Protection disputes.



You will have a minimum of 2 years PQE handling contentious probate matters, to include challenging wills, Dispute Resolution - Executor & PR/Trust/Court of Protection, Estate Administration and Inheritance Act Claims. You will be committed to handling work of the highest quality and dealing with complex and high value probate matters.
