JOB TITLE:                   Litigation Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED:         NQ-3

LOCATION:                  West Yorkshire

SALARY:                      Competitive

 

THE ROLE:

As a litigation lawyer you will have full autonomy over your own workload of complex cases. You can expect to be working on insolvency related commercial and property litigation issues, bankruptcy petitions and propriety claims. You will be expected to keep abreast of relevant insolvency laws and regulations and to be on hand to provide technical support to junior colleagues as well as colleagues from other departments when required. You will also be responsible for contributing to the litigation department’s business development work.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking for qualified legal executives or solicitors who are ideally within their first three years after qualification. Candidates must have good litigation experience with experience in debt or insolvency litigation being desirable but by no means essential. The successful litigation lawyer will have a keen sense of commercial acumen with an aptitude for client relationship management as well as working as a member of a team.
