THE ROLE:

An excellent opportunity for a litigation fee earner to join a professional, commercial law practice. Handling a quality caseload of pre- litigated and small claims litigated work you will be dealing with a variety of disputes on behalf of a number of large institutional landlords, asset managers and a variety of other national corporate clients. You will be afforded plenty of responsibility,  dealing with your own matters, attending client meetings and having plenty of client contact.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

This litigation fee earner role requires a bright, enthusiastic individual who is seeking the opportunity to work with some stellar clients on some high quality work. You will have previous litigation experience ideally within the following areas, property, commercial or civil or debt and have an interest in utilising your skills within the property litigation field. You will be a confident, articulate litigator with a strong eye for detail and an organised approach to your work. This is a busy, fast paced environment but one where everyone is made to feel very much part of the team. Our client is open to applications from all levels of fee earners, including paralegals, legal executives and recently qualified solicitors who are passionate about litigation work.
