Looking for a new challenge in 2019?

Looking for a new challenge in 2019?  Looking for the opportunity to break into a career in recruitment but unsure how to achieve this? Driven, ambitious and keen to work for a company which is able to help you fulfil and achieve your career ambitions?  eNL are currently looking to recruit a Resourcer into the Midlands team and this could be your chance to take the first step of the rung of recruitment.

eNL Legal are now entering their 20th year of recruitment and are a well established company with a great reputation.  You will be joining a team of 25 consultants and support staff all of whom have been with eNL for a significant length of time and many of whom have progressed from a Resourcer level to successful billing consultants with a clear career path ahead of them as to what their next step in progression will be.  The team all work well together and recruit nationally from John O Groats to Lands End (and obviously the places in between!).  At eNL we are a friendly and diverse bunch who genuinely all enjoy coming to work as we have a collegiate and supportive environment.  We offer highly competitive salaries and an excellent benefits package.

The Midlands and South West team are currently looking to hire a Resourcer to work directly for one of the Directors.  This is an exciting role which will be fast paced from the off.  On day one you will be given full on the job training and will be shown all aspects of the job from understanding the systems we use,  through to the full process of recruitment.   On a day to day basis you will be resourcing for one of the Directors and will have a wide and varied role.  Initially a key element of your role will be an administrative side whereby you will write adverts, load CV’s through portals and generally support the administrative side of the business.  Moving forward (and this role will be very much tailored as to how quickly you can hit the ground running) the role will evolve into searching for candidates through a variety of means such as our wide database, linkedin and other sources, matching and identifying candidates suitable for jobs and speaking to them to ascertain their suitability for the role.  As you grow into this role and gain in confidence there will be involvement on the client side and also the opportunity to attend face to face meetings with clients and candidates.  This role is unique as you your support is values and therefore your input will be rewarded on a placement by placement basis and also on your Consultant achieving their target.

You will ideally be a graduate and have gained some formal work experience, what is key however is for someone to demonstrate a genuine ambition and desire to progress and develop their career.  We are looking for people with endless enthusiasm (even on a grey gloomy day) and for someone who is glass half full.
