Resourcer required to support a Director of the Business. You will be working on a one to one basis with a Director helping to support them in their daily activities, you will also be part of the Midlands and South West Team.

This is a chance to start your recruitment career with an exciting and forward thinking team. You will be working with a Director of the business helping them run the daily activity on their desk. Tasks will range from identifying prospective candidates through research and then helping build these candidate profiles into headhunt lists for clients. You will be conducting searches for candidates on the database and will contact them to update on their situation and whether or not they are suitable for the role. You will work closely with the Director to understand their desk and their clients requirements. You will undertake some of the administrative tasks such as advert writing and formatting CV’s and as you progress there will be the opportunity to meet with clients and candidates and to engage face to face. There are days where you will wonder where your time has gone but this is a role which is fast paced, demanding but also fun and rewarding.
Degree educated or with previous resourcing experience, your glass will be always half full. Driven and motivated you will relish a challenge and working in a fast paced environment? Ideally you will be proficient with the administrative side of things and will have a full grasp of word and excel. You may have worked in an environment where you have had experience of targets or even KPI’s but what really matters is a willingness to learn, progress and a genuine enthusiasm.
