JOB TITLE: Interim Contracts Solicitor – In-House

An opportunity has arisen with a rapidly growing business based in Cambridgeshire for an Interim Contracts Solicitor to support the legal team whilst they recruit for a permanent solution. The successful Interim Contracts Solicitor will report to the General Counsel and be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, assessing and managing both legal and commercial risk in addition to providing ad-hoc advice to various departments within the business. The successful Interim Contracts Solicitor will also be required to carry out some face to face negotiation. You will have a minimum of 5+ PQE gained in a well regarded commercial practice specialising in Commercial Contracts and will have previous in-house experience in order to be able to hit the ground running. You will be technically excellent, commercial-minded, good negotiation skills and have strong problem-solving and drafting skills.
