JOB TITLE: Intellectual Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years’ PQE

Joining a highly successful team of intellectual property solicitors, you can expect a diverse and varied caseload, acting on behalf of an enviable client base. You can expect to work on; brand protection matters including registration of domain names and background clearance searches, registering designs and patenting new technology, IP sales, licensing, franchising, JV agreements, portfolio management and conducting IP training and strategies. You will act on behalf of a highly profitable client base to include; technology, manufacturing, security, defence, media and telecoms clients both nationally and internationally, working closely with our international team.
The successful individual will have a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience within the IP sector and will have extensive knowledge and understanding surrounding IP Litigation. You will be entrepreneurial and pragmatic in your approach to work and will place client care at the forefront of your approach. Communication, organisation and team work skills are essential for success within this role.
