JOB TITLE: Intellectual Property Partner
PQE REQUIRED: 8+ years’ PQE
SALARY: Highly Competitive + Bonuses
Actively looking to push their presence within the Intellectual Property market, you will help to grow the firms’ presence whilst maintaining and expanding their enviable client base. The role will involve liaison with our existing intellectual property team in Milton Keynes, including on matters of joint marketing initiatives and collaboration on handling workloads. However, for the most part you and your team will be required to generate your own caseload. Additionally, you will be responsible for working with other teams such as Corporate and real estate on a cross-discipline basis. You can expect to work on a lot of contentious issues, and on a vast array of patent litigation.
The successful individual will have extensive experience within intellectual property and will be confident in their ability to mentor and guide more junior members of their team to meet demanding deadlines and manage challenging caseloads. You will be highly organised, planned and have excellent time-management in order to manage your own work, delegate work to others and ensure targets are being met regarding the team as a whole. You will have excellent communication skills and will place client care at the forefront of your work.
