Insolvency Solicitor – 1-3 years’ PQE, Warwickshire – An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to develop a successful career with a highly successful Insolvency team within a top 150 firm.

THE ROLE:

An exciting new vacancy has arisen to work alongside expert insolvency practitioners, where you will be responsible for conducting various aspects of business development, including establishing and maintaining relationships with clients. In addition, casework to include liquidations, IVA’s, CVA’s and investigations are to be done on behalf of clients such as liquidators and administrators.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As the newly appointed Insolvency Solicitor, you will have relevant experience in insolvency practices and a demonstrable desire for this area of law. You will have excellent client and communication skills and be proactive in your contribution to the success of the team. In addition, you will be able to deliver sound and high quality legal advice, consistent with the standards of your team members and of the firm.
