Our client’s insolvency team are thriving and as such, they are looking to appoint junior Insolvency Solicitor to increase the current offerings of the team. The appointed Insolvency Solicitor will work closely a team of experienced Solicitors who have all established outstanding reputations within this market. The role provides an exceptional opportunity for an Insolvency Solicitor to gain experience in both personal and corporate insolvency with a district emphasis on contentious work pursuing claims by office holders against directors. This team is extremely supportive and encouraged employees to get involved in matters and take responsibility for their own files.
The role would ideally suit a newly qualified Solicitor looking to specialise in insolvency or a junior Insolvency Solicitor with up to three years of post qualification experience. The successful Insolvency Solicitor will have gained some experience working in insolvency, whether that be as a seat during their training contract or further experience post qualification. Our client is keen to recruit an Insolvency Solicitor who is passion about this area of law and motivated to further their career in it. The role will require a solid amount of self motivation, good communication skills and an Insolvency Solicitor who is very keen to learn. In addition, the Insolvency Solicitor should be able to demonstrate good business development skills and the confidence and drive to bring new business into the department.
