PQE REQUIRED: NQ – 3 years
LOCATION: Meriden, Warwickshire (Commutable from: Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Northampton)

After many years of growth and a re-merger with its specialist division The Network Group in 2012, this independent recruitment business which places up to 30,000 people in permanent and temporary jobs per week is seeking a Corporate Lawyer with experience of litigation to support the Directors and Company Secretary of the Group. Based in its impressive head office in Meriden the successful Corporate Solicitor will deal with varying demands on their services from small but strategically important agreements to major transactions
The successful Corporate Solicitor will be NQ – 3 years PQE with experience of corporate / litigation work gained at a respected firm and be ready for a career move in-house. Candidates should also be able to deal with varying demands on their services from small but strategically important agreements to major transactions. Technically strong and commercially minded with an eye for detail they should also have excellent time management and organisational skills as some of the work will require external legal advice. This opportunity will provide an excellent platform to develop as an in-house Lawyer.
