A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join busy team within a innovative practice based in Bedfordshire. You will be responsible for providing accurate and practical advice to clients on all aspects of the UK immigration and nationality law, including both business and private immigration matters.  This will include handling matters such as visas (Business, Work, Student, Family, Visitors), Sponsor Licence Applications, Advice on migrant employees, Settlement in the UK/ Indefinite Leave to Remain, Extension applications, British Citizenship, Human Rights & Asylum, Deportation & Removals, Subject Access Requests and EEA Applications.  As a senior member of the team you will also be expected to provide management and support to more junior members of staff.



Applications are sought from Immigration Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained with another leading law firm. It is crucial that the Immigration Solicitor is self-motivated and able to work both as a team player as well as manage and grow a workload of good quality work. You will have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. Self-promotion and confidence to network in all arenas is essential.  Pervious management experience is highly desirable.
