THE ROLE:

A new opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Immigration Solicitor to join busy team within a innovative practice based in Bedfordshire. You will be responsible for providing accurate and practical advice to clients on all aspects of the UK immigration and nationality law, including both business and private immigration matters.  This will include handling matters such as visas (Business, Work, Student, Family, Visitors), Sponsor Licence Applications, Advice on migrant employees, Settlement in the UK/ Indefinite Leave to Remain, Extension applications, British Citizenship, Human Rights & Asylum, Deportation & Removals, Subject Access Requests and EEA Applications.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from Solicitors who have recently qualified or are coming up to qualification and have completed a minimum of a 6 month seat in Immigration law. It is crucial that you have a passion for Immigration law and wish to pursue a successful long-term career in this area.  You will be a self-motivated individual, able to work as a team player and keen to develop strong relationships with clients. You will have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. Self-promotion and confidence to network in all arenas is essential.
