JOB TITLE:                   Housing Solicitor 12 month Fixed Term Contract

EXPERIENCE:             Minimum  12 months relevant experience

LOCATION:                Liverpool

SALARY:                      To c £20,000 + benefits

 

THE ROLE:

Commencing early 2019, the successful Housing Solicitor will be joining a busy team that focuses on litigation matters within the Social Housing Sector on a 12 month fixed term basis. Acting predominantly for landlords and housing authorities, you will manage a broad range of housing management issues, including a wide range of disputes including anti-social behaviour, disrepair and tenancy issues.This role does have the potential to become permanent for the right candidate and if this is of interest.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

A Housing Solicitor with at least 12 months experience dealing with housing litigation, ideally acting for registered social landlords with a good understanding of litigation issues within Social Housing. You will have gained experience in another leading private practice, local authority or housing association and have a wide range of experience including advising on all aspects breaches of tenancy, housing management, anti-social behaviour injunctions and claims for possession and nuisance.
