JOB TITLE: Healthcare Solicitor

Within this role you will be expected to conduct a prodominantly advisory role for the NHS and other organisations, being both public and private. Tasks are to include, but are not limited to; advising on healthcare matters including patient complaints, Ombudsman investigations and mental health matters, inquests, court work and advising on legislation.
As the newly appointed Healthcare Solicitor you will have previous experience within the healthcare legal sector, with a demonstrable history of dealing with inquests, court work and litigation. You will be capable of working both in a team and independently and will have excellent communication skills between both colleagues and clients. You will also have a strong attention to detail and will be organised in order to manage a diverse caseload and meet challenging deadlines. In addition, you will be confident and proactive in business development to expand the reach of the team and the firm as a whole.
