THE ROLE:

Our client's team comprises of a large array of fee earners who undertake work on a wide range of issues including treatment and best interest matters, consent and confidentiality, mental health law, information law, inquests and judicial review challenges. The caseload will be extremely varied and the appointed Healthcare Solicitor will have the opportunity to really become an expert in this area of law.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Healthcare Solicitor is expected to be a junior Solicitor with up to four years of post qualification experience. Our client will also consider applications from NQ Solicitor however they must demonstrate they have undertaken at least some of their training acting on behalf of public law companies and working on matters relating to health and social care. Preferably, the successful Healthcare Solicitor will have gained experience within a leading healthcare law practice.

Our client is a leading, Legal 500 rated law firm, who provide legal services to the health, social care and housing sectors.  The firm acts for both private and public sector clients and this role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Public Law Solicitor to join a growing top 100 firm.
