THE ROLE:

As an associate you will work with a full caseload of clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and other defendant clinical negligence clients. Having recently been re-appointed to the NHS Resolution clinical Panel and also undertaking work for the Medical Protection Society, this role is full of extremely high quality, complex work. This role will be perfect for an ambitious and driven individual who is looking to progress their career to the highest level.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Essentially, the healthcare litigation solicitor will have extensive post qualification experience, including defendant clinical negligence experience at a NHSR Panel firm, or MPS experience. You will have excellent organisational, planning and monitoring capabilities, with a precise eye for detail and an ability to implement these skills whilst working under pressure and to deadlines. Also, you will have the ability to work within a team and independently, drawing on excellent communication skills.
