THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable firm based in Cheshire.  Joining their busy department as Head of Property you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of three based in a new office in High Peak, Derbyshire.  The Head of Property joining this progressive firm will be required to manage and develop the team in order to increase profits year on year.  As Head of Property you will also act as legal technical resource on all property issues, ensure that the team is compliant with all SRA and firm policies, and have a hands on focus towards management.

 

THE HEAD OF PROPERTY:

The successful Head of Property will be a multi-skilled individual with experience in both residential and commercial property who can combine leadership, business development, management, client facing and legal technical skills all into one role.  As a Head of Property joining this firm you will have a minimum of 5+ PQE gained from a recognised law firm.  Man management skills are essential for this role as the firm are looking for someone to take a real hands on approach in order to increase profitability of the team particularly ensuring that every fee earner will be using the correct case management system to ensure that time is used efficiently.
