JOB TITLE:                  Head of Private Client         

PQE REQUIRED:         8+

THE ROLE:

This mid-sized regional firm are looking to appoint a new Head of Department for their private client team. The successful candidate will work autonomously on a small caseload of wills, estate administration, probate, inheritance tax, trusts and COPs, alongside managing and mentoring the small team of solicitors and paralegals.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The appointed candidate will be a highly experienced private client lawyer, with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE. You will have gained management experience through a similar role and will be a natural communicator, motivator and mentor. You will be a forward-thinker, with an innovative approach to problem solving and a positive and upbeat personality. The successful candidate will also have excellent business development skills and will be responsible for new marketing initiatives for the firm.
