THE ROLE:

Due to a senior member of the team retiring, our client is now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to head up their growing property team in their Bristol office. The appointed Head of Commercial Property will take on an existing caseload of high quality work and will assist in servicing high end local, national and international clients. In addition, the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to promote the growth of the department in the future and to assist with the firm’s strategic plans. The senior Commercial Property Solicitor will step into the role of head of this department, supervising and supportive junior staff members. For the right candidate, there will be partnership opportunities in the future.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years of experience gained working in a commercial property department.  The Commercial Property Solicitor should have an excellent knowledge of the processes involved in this area of law and be completely confident in handling a busy caseload, as well as showing exceptional leadership skills. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will need to demonstrate the ability to undertake business development and successfully win new work. It is imperative that the Commercial Property Solicitor is ambitious and is looking for a role that they can commit to in the long term.
