Joining a highly successful corporate team who rank in the top 20 nationally, as a Partner or Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the firms’ expansion within the energy and infrastructure, technology and real estate sectors. Your client base will be made up of a healthy mix of; property and investment fund managers national and international businesses, including banks, venture capitalists, crowd funding platforms, trading platforms, stockbrokers, and small investment banks.

This is a fantastic real opportunity if you are seeking the right platform on which to develop and build a financial services practice from the beginning.



The successful individual will have a minimum of 6 years’ post qualification experience, having a proven record of providing high quality financial regulation work. You will also have a demonstrable ability to build lasting relationships, whilst developing new business networks and connections in the national and international market. Being organised, time-efficient and planned, you will be confident in your ability to manage others and delegate work accordingly. You will also be able to make the most of your knowledge and skills gained previously and will be able to support other teams within the firm, on a wider range of issues. These are to include; supporting the disputes team, interpreting and implementing FCA rules, AIFMD and collective investment schemes (CIS) and drafting terms of business to name a few.
