PQE REQUIRED:         NQ – 1 year PQE

THE ROLE:

Our client’s litigation department is recognised as elite by a number of legal publications and acts for an impressive list of clients, both nationally or internationally. The financial services disputes and investigations team advises a full range of clients across the financial services sector including financial services litigation, contentious regulatory work and financial crime. The appointed Financial Services Disputes Solicitor  will support senior members of the team on a wide range of both litigation and regulatory matters. In addition, the successful Financial Services Disputes Solicitor will be expected to undertake marketing and business development on behalf of the department and firm as a whole.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Financial Services Disputes Solicitor will either be newly qualified or have up to a year of post qualification experience gained at either a leading city or national practice. Some experience in financial services disputes is desirable.  The appointed Financial Services Disputes Solicitor will possess strong technical skills, a distinct commercial acumen and be able to display a high attention to detail.
