JOB TITLE: Finance Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a finance litigation solicitor you will be working on a dynamic caseload which will include issues such as title rectification, defended secured possession actions, professional indemnity, secured and unsecured recoveries and banking fraud. You will be advising clients on litigation matters as well representing them in negotiations and in courts. You will also be working closely with the firm’s commercial finance and regulatory teams, providing advice and expertise when required.
We are looking to speak to talented finance litigation solicitors with at least four years PQE and strong previous experience in this area. Candidates must be technically astute with a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen and a clear flair for business development. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with a demonstrable desire to contribute to the finance litigation team’s ongoing growth and success.
