JOB TITLE: Family/Childcare Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ Years
The firm provide expert help with divorce, financial settlements and child arrangements, the vast majority legal aid focused. The team have extensive family law knowledge and expertise combined with sympathetic and personalised approach to family matters. They advise and represent clients in all types of family law, including divorce, children’s matters, financial and property arrangements, pre-nuptial agreements, civil partnership and same sex marriage, cohabitation, co-habitee disputes, domestic violence and injunctions, mediation and collaborative law, often involving care, supervision and emergency protection orders.
You will be enthusiastic, organised and determined in order to help the family department continue to service its clients in a highly professional manner, using your excellent client facing skills. You will be able to work well under pressure when required and will demonstrate confidence to use your own professional judgement and be able to prioritise. Using your own initiative, you will have a measured and rational approach to problem solving. The firm may consider someone not on the childcare panel, however you must be able to demonstrate excellent experience. Please call to discuss the role in further detail.
