OVERVIEW: The firm have a reputation for  giving professional, expert and cost effective advice. They offer legal services on all Conveyancing matters, Commercial, Family, Litigation (dispute resolution), Personal Injury, Employment, Wills, Probate and Trusts. The incumbent Family Team advise on all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, financial matters and pension sharing, pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements, children matters, domestic abuse, civil partnerships and also the rights of grandparents. They have solicitors who are trained family mediators and offer mediation services and also have collaborative lawyers who are members of recognised expert panels.


FAMILY SOLICITOR: This is a full time position and an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor who wishes to advance their career and specialise primarily in Care Proceedings, Private Children Act Cases and Domestic Abuse. The firm are proud to be the only Solicitors in Worcestershire who provide a designated Drop in Centre for Domestic Abuse clients. The appointed Family Solicitor will be required to undertake their own advocacy and as such the firm will offer training and support in this area.
