JOB TITLE:                     Family Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         3+ years experience in handling family matters

LOCATION:                  Northamptonshire (Commutable from: Northampton, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Warwickshire, and Oxfordshire)

SALARY:                        £dependant on experience

 

THE ROLE:

Fancy an exciting and rewarding challenge…? An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to undertake a varied caseload of private and publicly funded matters. The successful Family Solicitor will be responsible for conduct their family files including but not limited to divorce, civil partnership, domestic violence, separation, care proceedings, adoption, child contact and child residence. Ideal Family Solicitors will be an accredited mediator and be able to provide advice on children and mediation work.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Suitable Family Solicitors will have circa 3+ years in handling a variety of family matters. Covering the full range of family law, Family Solicitors will possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running with a challenging and broad workload. Family Solicitors will have strong communication skills coupled with excellent client facing skills and a sympathetic and professional approach. Family Solicitors who are on the Resolution Panel are also encouraged to apply.
