PQE REQUIRED:         5+ years

LOCATION:                  North Yorkshire (commutable from Harrogate, Leeds, Northallerton, Wetherby and York)

SALARY:                      Competitive, commensurate on experience


We are looking for a talented family solicitor who is able to hit the ground running manging their own busy caseload of family work. Their caseload will include divorce, financial remedies, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, grandparents’ rights and same sex couples. The appointed family solicitor will be expected to keep abreast of all relevant changes to laws and will be expected to actively contribute to the family team’s business development activities.



We are looking for experienced family solicitors or legal executives with at least five years PQE. The successful candidate will be a stand alone family solicitor in this particular office of the firm and as such will need to be proficient at business development. Candidates must have a demonstrable drive to go the extra mile to ensure their clients’ issues are resolved as smoothly and effectively as possible. The communication and sympathetic abilities that the nature of family work calls for are also a must.
