JOB TITLE:                   Family Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:        NQ-5 years

LOCATION:                  Liverpool

SALARY:                      Competitive

THE ROLE:

As a family solicitor you will be joining a family department who are renowned as being a leader in their field. You will be manging your own busy caseload consisting predominantly of privately funded work. Your caseload will include divorce, financial remedies, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, grandparents’ rights and same sex couples. You will also be expected to actively contribute to the family team’s business development activities.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

This role would suit family solicitors anywhere within their first five years after qualification. NQ candidates must have completed at least one seat in family law whilst more experienced solicitors must have a strong track record in handling their own caseload of family files. Candidates must have a demonstrable drive to go the extra mile to ensure their clients’ issues are resolved as smoothly and effectively as possible. The communication and sympathetic abilities that the nature of this work calls for are also a must.
